    Description

    We are looking for a Lead Solutions Engineer who will play a crucial role in architecting and modernizing our essential technology systems. As part of our initiative to enhance our technological framework, you will work with cutting-edge tools and embrace modern hosting solutions, influencing how we innovate software to drive business outcomes.

    Responsibilities

    • Hands on Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to peers in software development and architecture.
    • Solutions Architecture: Lead the architecture design process and communicate plans effectively to stakeholders.
    • Code Review: Conduct quality reviews of specifications, design documents, and code.
    • Architecture Standards: Establish architecture patterns and practices for IT solutions.
    • Subject Matter Expertise: Support development teams during implementation.
    • Documentation: Maintain product architecture documentation and advocate for technology adaptation.

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Minimum 8 years as a software developer, specializing in transitioning architectures to microservices.
    • Web Applications: Skilled in building interactive web applications and adopting new technologies.
    • Database Technologies: Proficient in relational and non-relational databases.
    • Programming: Strong in object-oriented programming and API-based solutions development.
    • Modern Tools: Familiar with infrastructure as code tools and containerization technologies.
    • Tech Stack Proficiency:
    • Existing Technology Stack: .NET, Azure, AWS Cloud, MS SQL Server, Azure DevOps CICD pipelines, MS Visual Studio IDE.
    • Future State Technology Architecture: Web API services, Java, Springboot, GraphQL, Angular, Bootstrap, JSON, MongoDB, Python, Secure Gateways, Messaging Systems (Kafka).

    Education

    Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related STEM subjects.

    Base Salary Range

    $170,000 - $200,000
