Key products include Team Inbox, Campaigns, Workflow Automations, Sales Sequences, AI Voice, AI Chatbots and Reviews. Whippy streamlines communication, seamlessly replacing multiple tools, and empowers businesses to maximize efficiency and growth.

Whippy is seeking a Solutions Engineer who excels in applying technology to solve business challenges and improve customer engagement processes.

What you'll do

Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical support throughout the sales cycle.
Design and demonstrate solutions that integrate Whippy's platform with customer systems to enhance their communication workflows.
Work hands on with prospects & clients with integration/API needs such as enterprise customers, integration partners, etc
Create customized presentations and demos to illustrate how Whippy's products can be leveraged to meet specific business needs.
Help close larger account, specifically those who are using our API or Integrations.
Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and help guide the development of new features and products.
Assist in the deployment and implementation of Whippy's solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and successful adoption.
Maintain technical expertise in the industry's latest trends and technologies to provide a consultative approach to clients.

What we're looking for

3+ years of experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, ideally within the SaaS technology sector or a related industry.
Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex technology solutions into simple concepts that address customer needs.
Experience in managing and executing technology demonstrations and training for both small and mid-sized business clients.
Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, with a focus on solutions that integrate with various business systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of effectively deploying technology solutions in a business environment.
Dynamic communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Motivated by a fast-paced, startup environment, ready to adapt and evolve with a growing team.
