    Job DescriptionSalary: $18 - $20

    3D Physical Therapy is a privately-owned, outpatient clinic in Dallas. We are looking for an experienced front office coordinator who can also assist with some back-office duties. The ideal candidate must have strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and understand the importance of providing 5-star quality service.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years front office experience
    • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR), email, faxing, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Exceptional multi-tasking skills with the ability to efficiently coordinate within a very fast paced clinic
    • Excellent problem-solving and math computation skills
    • Successfully work independently with little supervision

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Greeting patients, answering phones, communicating with physicians, and insurance companies
    • Entering patient demographics and scheduling patients in EMR system
    • Collecting and posting payments (deductibles, coinsurance, and co-pays)
    • Performing insurance authorizations and explaining benefits to patients
    • Organizing patient records, chart preparation, and filing
    • Putting together and submitting daily bank deposit
    • Providing other administrative support to the clinic director, office manager, and clinical staff
