    When you're on the job, we want to motivate you. Not just to invest in the company's future, but also in your own. The RoleSock Club is seeking a Senior Operations professional to join our small, yet mighty, Operations team.

    The ideal candidate is eager set the bar on a team, an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, has a technical aptitude, and is excited to problem solve, each day.

    In this role, you will influence and shape how we do our best work by coordinating with our domestic and international suppliers, as well as leading a variety of efforts across our sales, design, marketing, and engineering teams.


    Your Responsibilities include:

    Lead daily production coordination by active management of our orders and suppliers from approval through delivery Execute and improve our speed advantage in the market Deliver our final value proposition to our client's through timely order execution and diligent quality control Strategically manage production costs and opportunities to maximize profits Outline opportunities and execute new processes, tools, and automations to optimize our team, vendors, and supply chain efficiency Effective and timely communication to Sock Club team's and client's regarding production timelines and productsPrompt review of internal and external errors, will follow through on resolutionYou are:Inspired by a fast-paced, growth-minded environmentA self-starter with a proven ability to deliver results with minimal assistanceHighly curious, solution-focused, and excited to dig into the details Organized with a keen eye for detailA clear, helpful, and encouraging communicator Focused on consistent improvement for our team and our supply chain You have experience: Collaborating closely with internal teams to plan and execute projectsAnalyzing, interpreting, and making decisions based on data and statisticsCreating project initiatives including supporting financials, timelines, and cost analysisBalancing several projects simultaneouslyDeveloping insights-driven quantitative analysis or predictive models using Google Sheets, Excel, or other.
