We have a vacancy for a
People Operations Coordinator to join our global People Operations team, based within our US office in Austin, Texas.

Part-time working hours would be considered for this role (0.8 FTE).


You will be responsible for:

Hiring: support the smooth running of our search, selection, hiring & onboarding processes, including execution of core employment documentation and right to work checks

Culture and engagement: actively participate in building and developing our thoughtful, collaborative, high-performance culture; arrange company meetings and social events to promote engagement and inclusion

People administration: manage our global payroll and benefits administration processes, maintain accurate, secure and compliant personnel records (using BambooHR) and related documentation

Premises: ensure the smooth-running of our Austin office, including maintaining office supplies and managing external service providers / contractors

We think you'll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A passion for helping to build and develop culture and high performing teams
  • At least 12 years experience of People Ops or broader office management role in an early stage, high growth environment
  • Demonstrable experience of helping to build and champion a strong culture and cohesive team
  • Ability to communicate clearly, sensitively and confidently with a wide range of people in a variety of scenarios
  • Great critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • A proactive & positive attitude towards your work
  • Razor sharp attention to detail & precision
