Tasks Include:
Digital Experience Champion
Website Content Management:
- Coordinate the maintenance and updates of all business unit's website, including uploading new content, managing plugins or integrations, and ensuring website functionality and usability.
SEO Optimization:
- Assist in implementing search engine optimization (SEO) best practices on the website, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and content optimization, to improve organic search visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate to implement design improvements and optimize website functionality to enhance SEO performance.
- Stay uptodate on SEO best practices and implement strategies to improve organic search ranking for our websites.
- Contribute to SEOdriven blog content.
Content Publishing:
- Publish and schedule content updates, blog posts, announcements, and other relevant content on the website using content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
Campaign Coordinator:
- Oversee the editorial calendar and manage the flow of engaging content (written and visual) across all digital platforms.
- Help manage marketing projects from initiation to completion, including setting timelines, defining project scope, allocating resources, and tracking progress to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
- Marketing Asset Management. Organize and maintain digital assets, marketing collateral, and brand materials, ensuring they are easily accessible to team members and adhere to brand guidelines.
Data-Driven Marketer:
Data Management and Analysis:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data and metrics, including campaign performance, audience engagement, and lead generation, to generate insights and inform decisionmaking.
- Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and optimize future strategies.
- Prepare reports and documentation for presentations summarizing marketing activities, results, and insights
Market & Trend Savvy:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends (beauty and digital marketing) and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
Team Player & Collaborator:
Work closely with the Neill team (and beyond) to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned and effective.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, education, customer care) to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with overall company goals.
Develop and implement systems and workflows to streamline marketing processes.
Who You Are:
A self-starter with a passion for the beauty industry and digital marketing
A creative problem-solver and excellent communicator
Adept at project management and juggling multiple tasks simultaneously
Data proficient with experience using analytics tools to measure marketing performance
General understanding of back-end web management and SEO best practices a plus
Qualifications:
At least 3-5 years in experience in marketing and/or web management
Proficient in WordPress, Square Space, and Shopify
Knowledge of web maintenance and SEO best practices
Basic HTML skills preferred
Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
Collaborative attitude and the ability to work with a team
