Position Overview


The Operations Coordinator at Cupcake Home Improvements is the organizational powerhouse behind our operations, ensuring our projects run smoothly from conception to completion.

This role is crucial, embodying our core values of Wow, Curiosity, Extreme Ownership, Team, and Community Impact. Responsibilities go beyond traditional administrative duties to include scheduling, material procurement, job tracking, and recruitment support.

As a central figure in our operations, you'll ensure our customers receive the outstanding service we're known for, and our teams have everything they need to succeed while staying aligned with our mission to develop people and communities, one home at a time.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Communication Hub: Serve as the first point of contact for our customers, offering friendly and efficient service that sets the tone for their Cupcake experience. Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Scheduling Wizardry: Manage the scheduling of deliveries, crews, and appointments with precision, ensuring optimal workflow and customer satisfaction. Assist with scheduling and recruiting efforts to ensure our teams are fully staffed and operating efficiently.

  • Materials Management: Oversee the ordering and tracking of materials, ensuring projects are wellstocked and on budget. Monitor supply levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with vendors to maintain optimal stock.
  • Project Tracking: Keep a finger on the pulse of job statuses, providing timely updates to stakeholders and helping to navigate any challenges that arise. Track progress, monitor timelines, and help resolve issues promptly.
  • General Office Administration: Handle general office duties such as data entry, filing, and document management, maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
