Job DescriptionMirak Automotive Group has been family owned and operated in Arlington MA since 1936. We sell and service Chevrolet, Genesis and Hyundai vehicles. We offer an outstanding work environment, and a culture second to none. We offer a management staff with longevity to train, coach, and motivate people to greatness. Our facility is large, clean, and modern in design as to serve not only the customer, but its employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Open work orders and maintain control until closed and invoiced.
• Handles Repair Order charges, warranty validation & claim coverage including computation of charges, submission and follow-up
• Maintains a clean and safe work area and cares for all company property
• Accounts for all material used in performing assigned duties
• Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments
• Handles customer file organization
• Updates customer profiles using software, hours, or other information from the customer work orders.
Customer Service Requirements:
• Assist in handling customer complaints and concerns
• Make sure the problem is corrected to the customer and dealership's satisfaction
• Greet customers immediately in a courteous manner
• Treat customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• Must have outgoing, friendly personality and superior communication & customer service skills
• Experience working in a service center
• Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence
• Ability to negotiate customer concerns with manager.
• Knowledge and experience of service vehicles and parts.
• Experience with dealership industry or point of sale computer systems
• Strong time management skills
• Knowledge of compliance procedures
• Good organizational ability
• General understanding of mechanical/technical terms
