Who we're looking for:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing and developing HVAC technicians/office staff
- Regularly reviewing customer service and work being performed by department to ensure all company standards are met
- Inspire and motivate staff by leading by example
- Managing supervision of daily operations
- Assisting in project management
- Preparing quotes, bids, and contracts for customers
- Monitoring and overseeing billing for service jobs
- Keeping track of customers, projects and sales for company
- Developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clientele
- Coordinating technician's schedules with dispatchers
- Continuing education on industry standards and best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Service Management
- 3+ years of management experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Leadership skills and interest
