About Kathleen Guerin:

I am a dedicated social worker with a Masters degree from West Chester University. I am passionate about geriatric care and helping clients achieve their treatment goals. I have experience in case management, referral, intake, and outtake processes, and therapy.

Experience

Through my graduate program, I had two field placements in the social work field. The first was with children and families, which was primarily case management. My second placement provided experience with guardianship, with a focus on helping older adults, and mental health services. 

Education

I graduated with my MSW from West Chester University, with a Gerontology Certificate. I have my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Muhlenberg College.
