    Description

    Job Title: Executive Assistant – Industrial Real Estate

    Location: Role based in Miami with a focus on large industrial projects in Southern California.

    Responsibilities:

    • Team Interaction: Foster collaboration and streamline information flow.
    • Communication: Manage internal and external communication.
    • Research and Analysis: Conduct industry research and provide insights for decision-making.
    • Financial Modeling: Develop financial models for real estate and business ventures.
    • Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
    • Event Planning: Organize corporate events and assist in meeting preparations.
    • Schedule Coordination: Manage calendars and appointments.
    • Document Management: Prepare and organize important documents.
    • External Liaison: Act as a key contact for executives, partners, and stakeholders.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in large industrial projects in Southern California.
    • Minimum three years of experience in related fields such as leading companies, Real Estate Brokerage, Real Estate Development, Real Estate Investment Banking, international work, or Consulting.
    • Preferably, candidates with undergraduate and graduate degrees, including MBA, JD, Masters of Real Estate/Finance, or Engineering.
    • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
    • Must possess excellent relationship-building abilities and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
    • Positive attitude, proactive approach, and commitment to delivering superior service.

    Salary will be based on qualifications and experience.
