    Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for designing components for Resort development, new projects, and international sites. Design and manage site planning for Theme Parks, Hotels, and other facilities. Coordinate with project team and consultants to create comprehensive site plans. Present designs, manage project phases, and ensure cost targets are met.

    • Perform land usage planning and area development.
    • Research regional aspects for new projects.
    • Manage Consultants and interface with governmental agencies.
    • Establish common cost/schedule goals within the team environment.
    • Understand and participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities.
    • Additional duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Licensed Professional landscape architect preferred.
    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business information.
    • Effective communication skills for presenting to senior management.
    • Supervisory responsibilities may be required depending on the project.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, urban planning or equivalent.
    • Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or urban design preferred.
    • 10-15 Years of relevant experience in landscape architecture and planning for resort development.
