    What will you do?

    The FP&A Manager will play a critical role in providing financial planning and analysis support to our 3 operating segments – health centers, health benefits, and software development. This position will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing forecasts, and providing strategic insights to drive informed decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of our core business drivers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and business planning initiatives.
    • Prepares and delivers monthly financial reports and variance analysis to budget owners and stakeholders.
    • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reports and analysis to measure financial performance against targets.
    • Collaborate with department heads to gather financial data and business insights.
    • Support the annual budgeting process by meeting with functional leaders to gather business metrics to be used in long range planning.
    • Assist in preparing board-level financial slides and reporting packages.
    • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

    What do you need to succeed?

    • Possess a strong finance and business-oriented mindset, allowing for a strategic understanding of financial implications and decisions.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain financial models, proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques.
    • Hands-on, creative approach to building business decision support tools
    • Demonstrated success streamlining and optimizing processes and systems for the FP&A function in a high growth environment.
    • Deep knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and forecasting techniques.
    • Experience in a matrixed organization working with senior management and providing support to multiple business units is a plus.
    • Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills .
    • Experience improving/automating processes and systems.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
    • Preference will be given to candidates with an active CPA or CMA license.
    • Preference will be given to candidates with experience using Sage Intacct, SalesForce, Concur, and
