    Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis
    Hybrid Salary
    $100,000 - $130,000 plus bonus

Our client, a mainstay in Florida's business community for over 35 years, is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.     Responsibilities:

    • Craft and refine financial forecasts over short, medium, and long-term periods to guide senior management.
    • Work collaboratively with operational teams to collect data and incorporate it into comprehensive operational forecasts including sales, cost of sales, labor, and marketing expenses.
    • Manage and enhance financial reporting tools, such as KPI dashboards, flash reports, and operational analysis reports.
    • Drive financial performance improvements by identifying strategic enhancements and presenting actionable recommendations.
    • Contribute to team efforts by undertaking ad-hoc analyses and project work.

    Candidate Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Experience in the Food and Beverage or retail sectors is a plus.
    • Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is desirable.
    • Expert-level skills in Excel are necessary.
