About Jeff Yamout:

I am a dynamic, inspirational, and dedicated administrator with a multicultural approach and experience.  I am an active listener, capable of problem-solving, a role model for both students and teachers, a supportive team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience

My experience includes various age groups in elementary, middle school, and high school.

I work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure the best interest of the students and the community.

 

I have planned, organized, and managed workshops in the area of Classroom Management, Teacher Student Interaction, and Positive Discipline Approach.

 

I teach students Character Education to help them to get along well in society and lifelong skills needed to help them be productive healthy adults and support the social, emotional, and ethical development of the students.

 

I facilitate the Understanding by Design approach and use a wide variety of teaching methods and techniques and lesson adaptation to instruct a diverse group of students. (I tailor instructions to meet individual needs
As an administrator :
-I lead by example, motivation, and inspiration
-Give clear guidance
Assist the school administrators in the smooth running of the academy.
-Conduct regular meetings to follow up and to assure that school policies, and procedures are being followed accordingly.
-Always follow up, revise, develop, and create guidelines to facilitate the education process and guidance for the teachers and consistent in implementing the school policy.
-Coach and mentor staff so that together we accomplish the desired results.
-Visit classrooms regularly, assess teaching strengths and weaknesses, and offer feedback and advice.
-Assist teachers in being more effective at helping students learn.
-Manage, motivate, and evaluate the teachers so the school meets its academic goal.
