Evon has extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer at Formula.Monks, where he worked for 1 year and 5 months. During his tenure at Formula.Monks, Evon made significant contributions to the launch of 'DocRobot', an AI-driven document assistant. He was instrumental in frontend development and designed a responsive desktop interface using React & Typescript. Additionally, Evon incorporated AI to enhance video production speed and created a unique animated sequence for text data encryption. Other notable projects include a mobile banking application redesign, where he improved user experience and crafted visionary prototypes. He also developed a digital Sales Capacity Planning Platform and designed an immersive Blender3D interface for the NWEA Metaverse Concept. Evon's skill set spans across areas like Service Design, User Research, AI, Figma, React.js, and more.

Before joining Formula.Monks, Evon served as the Head of Product Design & Senior UX Designer at Smart Mobile Solutions Jamaica Ltd. for a period of 2 years. There, he pioneered a media planning tool project, incorporating data visualization techniques and streamlining media planning processes. He also conceptualized and developed a Surgery Scheduling Application tailored for iPads, which came to fruition after in-depth interviews with medical professionals. In terms of leadership, Evon directed a 16-member team across over 20 projects, introduced UX/UI training initiatives, and achieved an impressive 20% annual skill growth rate. His expertise further includes Healthcare Management, Mobile Design, and Design Leadership, among other areas.
