Evon has extensive experience as a Senior Product Designer at Formula.Monks, where he worked for 1 year and 5 months. During his tenure at Formula.Monks, Evon made significant contributions to the launch of 'DocRobot', an AI-driven document assistant. He was instrumental in frontend development and designed a responsive desktop interface using React & Typescript. Additionally, Evon incorporated AI to enhance video production speed and created a unique animated sequence for text data encryption. Other notable projects include a mobile banking application redesign, where he improved user experience and crafted visionary prototypes. He also conceptualized and developed a Surgery Scheduling Application tailored for iPads, which came to fruition after in-depth interviews with medical professionals. In terms of leadership, Evon directed a 16-member team across over 20 projects, introduced UX/UI training initiatives, and achieved an impressive 20% annual skill growth rate.
