    Description

    Sanford Rose/JFS is recruiting an FP&A Manager for a prominent national construction company. This position is integral to the strategic expansion of the finance department, supported by a private equity group, located in Orlando.

    Key Qualifications:

    • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in FP&A, with a strong focus on financial reporting and analysis.
    • Business Intelligence Tools: Demonstrated implementing and using Hyperion, adaptive, etc.
    • Strategic Reporting: In-depth experience with FP&A reporting to CFOs and PE groups, emphasizing a proactive and hands-on approach.

    Role Highlights:

    • Newly Created Position: This position reports directly to the CEO and C-suite and plays a crucial role in formulating the company's financial strategy.
    • PE Group Interaction: Regularly with the private equity group to synchronize financial strategies and operations.
    • Remote Flexibility: Predominantly remote role, necessitating presence in Orlando for key meetings and strategic collaboration.

    Responsibilities:

    • Data Integration: Lead financial data integration from diverse ERP systems, ensuring precision and uniformity.
    • Process Development: Establish and manage ETL processes, uphold data governance, and ensure data quality within the FP&A framework.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Develop automated reporting dashboards and financial models to aid in management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
    • Data Audits: Perform regular audits to verify data accuracy and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
    • Training and Support: Equip finance and accounting teams with the necessary training and tools to leverage new technologies effectively.
    • Industry Awareness: Keep updated on emerging technologies, trends, and regulatory developments in financial data integration and analytics.

    Compensation:

    • Salary range: $120,000-$140,000, plus performance-related bonuses.

    Work Arrangement:

    • Mostly remote, with requirements to be based in Orlando for effective team interaction and strategic alignment.
