Lead Product Manager This role, reporting to the Sr.
Manager, Service Management, is accountable for the overall strategy, design, and implementation of Digital Experience products, services, and solutions for employees of The Walt Disney Company.
We need someone who defines complex technical strategies and performs advanced trend analysis and industry research to design and implement next generation solutions.
Specific objectives include design and implementation of strategies to automate complex business workflows and associated integrations, ensuring all newly designed processes align with strategic platforms.
In addition, we need you to work with product owners to establish a strategy for all DX owned productivity platforms.
We need a teammate to understand the whole Digital Experience portfolio and to creatively use this knowledge to offer business solutions using common standards.
What You Will Do
You will collaborate with Engineering and Architecture leaders to develop and drive key organization and technology roadmaps, so it is important to maintain knowledge of the technologies, vendor roadmaps and strategy, industry trends related to the products and services under their responsibility
_Additionally:
_
- Lead all business aspects of each Product including design, planning, budget, allocations, marketing and communication
- Coordinate the design and implementation of new processes required for Integration approvals
- Work with business segments, other technology Leads (both internal and external), and service providers to define technical and business requirements for each Product
- Develop technology strategies for multiple IT products and services to meet current and future business requirements
- Perform trending and analysis to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities including portfolio rationalization
What You Will Have
- Minimum of 7+ years of related experience
- 7+ years successfully developing enterprise technology standards and roadmaps
- Advanced understanding of how SaaS products allow for integrations to other systems
- Familiarity working with Operations Transition planning to ensure solution longevity
- Management of high value/complex enterprise technology outsourcing contracts, financial analysis, and business risk analysis
- Experience with business automation tools: Smartsheet, Airtable, Atlassian Suite, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate
- Application design process experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, and/or equivalent work experience
