Management Consulting company certified through the Department of Veteran Affairs, Center for Verification, and Evaluation (CVE).
PrimCorp has partnered with the Department of Defense Skill Bridge Program (Career Skills Program) to capitalize on the training gained throughout the servicemember's military career.
Additionally, we recognize the professional credentials related to the service members' military careers and will capitalize on those skills during the Internship Program.
Additionally, this Internship strengthens the service members' professional knowledge and networking opportunities, giving the Intern an edge in the civilian market.
This opportunity is unique to active-duty United States Military Service members with approval to participate in a Department of Defense (DoD) Skill Bridge program.
The DoD Skill Bridge program offerings can be based on ANY open role within PrimCorp, LLC, given availability and capacity to train.
These internships are designed to expose the Intern to industry-specific operations in various roles to bridge a skills gap from military experience to any of PrimCorp's core competencies:Program Management, Acquisition Management, Logistics Operation, Training Development, Construction Management, and Change Management & Facilitation.
Job Requirements PrimCorp's DOD Skill Bridge program features a 12-week lesson plan and runs four times a year, aligning with the fiscal years.
Interns will be coupled with the Veterans Program Director, who will mentor the Military Intern through a rigorous program that will prepare the service member for transitioning into the civilian job market.

Schedule and Location:
The 12-week program is held Monday through Friday from 0800 hours to 1700 hours (EST). The Interns will follow a lesson plan tailored to each person. The Intern will be based out of the National Capital Region.
PrimCorp will work with the Interns on mandatory medical and transition appointments to ensure they meet their military obligations while transitioning from the military.

Service members will not receive compensation (pay, paid time off, health benefits, etc.) from PrimCorp as you will continue to receive military benefits as active-duty service members.
A Military Intern who demonstrates progress and proves to be a fit for PrimCorp will have the opportunity to interview for an open position.
