  • Coordinate and manage administrative tasks related to Army Intelligence programs, including documentation, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program inquiries, requests, and administrative support, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and briefings, including logístical arrangements, agenda development, and distribution of materials.
  • Maintain program files, databases, and tracking systems to ensure accurate and uptodate information on program activities and status.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of reports, presentations, and other programrelated documents for senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and reimbursement requests for program personnel as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate communication and coordination on programrelated matters.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by program leadership to support the overall mission and objectives of the Army Intelligence program.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a military or government environment.
  • Knowledge of military operations, procedures, and protocols, with familiarity in Army Intelligence operations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands, with a proactive and solutionoriented approach to problemsolving.
  • Some travel is required.
  • Must have an inscope security clearance
