Description

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE / TELEPHONE LEAD GENERATOR

Permanent part-time role with flexible daytime hours (no weekends).
Based in Mahwah, NJ office with an option for hybrid work after training.
Starting at $22+ per hour; $25 per hour after training completion.
Monthly bonuses, raises, vacation pay, and paid time off.

ROLE DETAILS

Some may refer to it as Lead Generator or Appointment Setter, but we see it as an Account Executive role that demands a candidate with intelligence, determination, and persistence to engage busy financial advisors with career opportunities at our clients' firms. It involves high-volume outbound calls that are both challenging and rewarding, explaining why many of our AEs stay long-term.

ABOUT YOU

If you're a natural conversationalist with a captivating phone presence and background in cold calling, direct sales, or account management, you belong here. You should view this as a part-time professional career, not just a job. Proficiency in MS Office, willingness to learn new programs, and a bachelor's degree (preferred) are essential. CRM experience is a bonus.
