We are looking for a talented and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and fostering lasting relationships.

We are seeking an individual with a vibrant personality, exceptional sales acumen, and the ability to engage potential clients in meaningful conversations without the traditional sales pressure.

This role is highly consultative, and involves working with sponsors.

It is ideal for someone who can navigate conversations with ease, think quickly on their feet, and exude confidence in discussing financial products and services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand client base.
  • Engage with potential clients in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and account management processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven success in sales, preferably in financial services or related industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and speak and write in an engaging manner
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, adapt to changing priorities and multitask with ease.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

Pay:
From $62,000.00 per year
