    Description

    We are looking for an ambitious Sales Director to help grow our software development start-up client. We are looking for hungry Sales Executives who are relentless in their pursuit to open doors. This is an ideal opportunity for individuals eager to take the next step in their sales career. In this role, you will be responsible for booking and hosting a minimum of 50 meetings each quarter, conducting 10 weekly demos on Zoom, and actively participating in daily and weekly scrums and pipeline calls with the team. This role hinges on your ability to embrace cold-calling activities and be a proficient storyteller, managing leads and fostering relationships with current and potential clients.     Requirements

    About You:

    • You are comfortable with a $72,500 - $80,000 base salary range and on-target commissions of $100,000-$150,000 in a sales-driven role
    • You are required to work in the NYC Flatiron office for the initial 9 months, after which the role will transition to a hybrid model
    • You have experience selling software technology products in lower value, high volume deals, and extensive experience in outreach efforts
    • You possess over 3 years of successful software sales experience, including expertise in Software, SaaS, B2B, Cloud-based services, etc.
    • Hungry and results-driven in prospecting and cold calling with a singular focus on sales outcomes
    • Successful at delivering product demonstrations and closing software sales deals
    • Skilled in Salesforce with the ability to leverage its functionalities effectively

    What You'll Do:

    • Roughly half of your time will be dedicated to prospecting, while the other half will be dedicated to cold calling.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline (excluding leads from Marketing)
    • Cold call over 50 prospects daily
    • Regularly communicate progress with sales management
    • Close deals within the expected sales cycle, demonstrating negotiation and closure skills
    • Develop and cultivate a defined territory for strategic sales growth
    • Provide accurate and consistent pipeline forecasting
    • Conduct product demonstrations via Zoom for clients
    • Establish and nurture customer relationships to become a trusted advisor
    • Represent the company at relevant trade shows and conferences
