    This is a remote position.

    Join our client, a hyper-growth early-stage Fintech startup, on their mission to help content creators raise money for growth. It's a financial services platform that allows creators, influencers, bloggers, YouTubers to expand their channels and achieve greater success.

    We are seeking an energetic and confident Account Executive to drive revenue growth for this organization. If you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are passionate about financing and creators, we want to hear from you

    • GTM team: CBDO, 1 MDR, 1 SDR
    • Target market: B2B, SMB
    • Ideal Customer Profile: YouTube creator, YouTube marketing agency


    Requirements

    Minimum qualifications:
    • 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience (from prospecting to closing)
    • Proven successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Experience testing sales outreach hypotheses in startups
    • Strategic, energetic, and confident in the hyper-growth markets
    • Strong work ethics and integrity
    • Enjoys working in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment

    Preferred qualifications:
    • Promoted from an SDR to an AE or SDR Team Lead in a Seed/Series A startup
    • Book of business with YouTube Marketing Agencies and YouTube creators is a plus


    Benefits

    • Employment type: full-time or contract (candidate's choice)
    • Base compensation per year: $60,000 - $96,000 (negotiable depending on your skills and location)
    • OTE (on-target earnings) per year: $120,000 - $192,000
    • Uncapped commission and yearly bonus
