- Contributes to the development and execution of customer account plans for target accounts to deliver maximum impact opportunities and business goals
- Prepares, reviews and edits presentations as needed for sales activities, leadership presentations and annual retreats
- Keeps abreast of customer and healthcare industry trends. Initiates development actions to constantly adapt and grow capabilities to increase impact with clients;
- Builds and demonstrates a mastery and utilization of all tools and resources; effectively uses calendaring tools, leadership goals, and personal insights to address client priorities
- Bachelor's Degree (BS or BA) from an accredited college/university in Business, Computer Science, Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or a related field; with 1-3 years in a sales/business development role in the Life Sciences industry
- Goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to be in promotional role; have core skills of customer service orientation, initiative, planning and follow up, work management, and judgment/problem solving
- Demonstrates change agility; accountability; takes/seeks feedback; the ability to be connected to others; remote collaboration with cross-functional internal teams
- Marketplace and business acumen, stakeholder management; and understanding the business priorities
- Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonable established timelines
- Excellent communication skills, oral and written, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of scientists, management and clients

As the Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for increasing product awareness, educating clients and attaining the goals of the client's needs through customer interactions. The Business Development Representative is charged with relationship development and promotional efforts with U.S. and Global customers and accounts.
