    Office Support, Creative, Healthcare, Human Resources, Technical, and Finance fields

    • You will be speaking with clients looking to add to their staff

    Development Representative Responsibilities:
    Help contact prospects to solicit business

    • Present job opportunities to job seekers and coach them on
    taking their career to the next level

    • Interpret experience on candidate resumes and improve utilization
    of candidate leads

    • Work alongside teams within the business to address client and
    business needs

    Development Representative Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 1+ years of successful experience as a Business Development Representative
    • A team player with excellent communication skills
    • Willing to commute to our Boston office
