    Description

    Summize was founded in 2018, addressing a pressing need to digitalise and modernise the contract lifecycle. Summize combines the best of humans and AI-powered technology to produce intelligent contract summaries, making workflows smarter and improving collaboration between legal and business users.     The Role

    We're looking for ambitious and determined Sales Development Representatives to join our highly motivated and results-driven sales team, based out of our Seaport, Boston office. This is the perfect entry level role into Sales, or as a stepping stone into the world of closing revenue if you're an existing SDR. Providing tailored mentoring and development from both our VP of Business Development and Chief Revenue Officer, as well as fantastic opportunities to progress your career.

    Our ideal candidate is passionate about solving problems through technology and software. You will work in close partnership with our Account Managers, learning about the outbound sales process from start to finish. You should have good research skills, an excellent telephone manner, negotiation skills, resilience, attention to detail and determination to win.

    Responsibilities

    • Build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory.
    • Consistently and accurately use of the CRM system to track and qualify inbound and outbound leads.
    • Meet daily KPI's and book in meetings with prospects.
    • Conduct high quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
    • Collaborate with the Account Managers and strive towards meeting team sales targets.

    Requirements

    • A recent graduate, or at least 6-months experience as an SDR/BDR.
    • Excellent oral, written, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Target driven and determined to succeed.
    • Resilient and have a positive, can do, approach to work.
    • The ability to build strong relationships across key stakeholders.
