Description

Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer science, Business or equivalent relevant work experience as a Business Analyst.

In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

8 years experience in a Business Systems Analyst position. Must be coming out of a technical environment.
Experience in the health insurance industry is required. Facets experience considered a BIG PLUS.
Must have Jira experience
Functional understanding and experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards and processing.
Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical topics.
Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences. (Asis / To-Be documentation)
Strong experience owning endtoend documentation creation process related to daytoday assignments and projects.
Capability to use industry standard requirements gathering and modeling techniques to understand and communicate the needs of the product user.
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and standards, with a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Superior written and verbal communications skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Indepth knowledge and experience using SDLC with the implementation of Agile methodologies.
