Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions.

Your expertise in various technologies and systems will be crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement system enhancements
Perform system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in technology

Skills:

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
Proficiency in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) for automation tasks
Experience with saponify software or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
Proficiency in Python, CSS, and Java programming languages
Understanding of information security principles and best practices
Knowledge of solution architecture concepts and methodologies
Familiarity with DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) for network configuration
