Position Summary

This position will dive deep into our vast datasets to extract meaningful insights that will fuel our strategic initiatives. This person will work closely with crossfunctional teams to identify key business questions and design analytical approaches. This person will also have the unique opportunity to spearhead the implementation of your preferred data visualization tool, empowering you to shape the future of our data infrastructure.

Essential Responsibilities

Develop, support, and maintain tools and reports from various platforms and provide user friendly analysis to internal users to support business operations (this may require some programming, troubleshooting, and working with users to address gaps in technology solutions)
Advise team members on opportunities to use data to address current business issues.
Create and maintain training plans and documentation and/or instructions for internal technology tools and processes
Develop a working understanding of thirdparty software solution processes and data structures for purposes of reporting and assisting users with business challenges
Communicate technology processes, strategies and implementation plans to internal users
Assist thirdparty IT solutions partner when needed to manage PC, server, network, security, backup and hardware/software operations
Partner with thirdparty IT solutions partner to manage users and user roles
Act as a resource for onsite IT support
Actively provide and source best practices from a technology perspective
Engage in other related projects as needed to support business operations

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or similar; or related work experience
5 years of experience in a progressive IT role
Experience in reporting and/or data analyst duties including SQL reporting experience
Strong organizational skills
Professional and supportive communication styles in all forms
Comfort working independently and within a team
Strong business acumen and understanding of the financial drivers of company performance
An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employeeowned culture

Pay:
$80, $110,000.00 per year
