    Job Description


    Due to continued growth and the need to meet the demand of our customers we are seeking experienced computer professionals to perform Desktop Support LevelII; tobe part of a team of professionals providing a high level of customer service and technical support in a large enterprise environemnt .


    Desktop Support Technicians Level II will receive escalated PC and peripheral support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment.

    This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

    The person will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via e-mail) in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user assistance where required.
