    The Technical Support Specialist Technician provides technical assistance and support to clients.

    The Technical Support Specialist supports, monitors, and maintains the client environment either onsite or remotely by performing day-to-day tasks and maintenance.

    Job DutiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients and other team membersPerform software/hardware upgradesInstall, maintain, and repair, desktop hardware, network equipment and PC peripheralsMaintain daily service calls and meet requested SLA time frames based on client expectationsProvide detailed progress updates in a timely and accurate mannerPerform routine maintenance following company and vendor standardsWork to ensure physical cabling infrastructure meets desired standardsParticipate in equipment liquidationsKnowledge &

    Skill Requirements:1-3 years of related work experienceTroubleshoot, diagnose, and solve problems, as well as document all steps taken for resolution, including use of an internal ticketing systemRelay technical information and instruction (verbal + written) to clients possessing varying ranges of technical knowledge and backgroundDisplay a professional, confident, reliable, trustworthy, positive demeanorMaintain confidentiality of information being accessed, processed, or storedFollow processes and protocolsMeet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyEnsure physical cabling meets desired standardsLearn software tools/applications (e.g.
