    Job Summary:

    The Administrative Assistant will handle general office tasks and administrative duties. Responsibilities will include directing communications between colleagues and customers. Organizing and scheduling meetings and events, entering data, bookkeeping, maintaining office equipment, answering and directing phone calls. The Administrative Assistant will run and manage reports and all filing systems and assist with front desk reception duties and maintain all internal and external stakeholder relationships with professionalism and integrity.

    Qualifications

    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Very organized and detail oriented.
    • Proficient in the entire MS Office Suite.
    • Excellent time management skills.
    • Spanish bilingual.
    • Work M-F, 8am-5pm.
