    Qualifications: The expectations for the Customer Service Rep position will be as follows: 40 hour work week- Monday thru Friday Must have SAP experience, and be able to work with Microsoft office systems. This person should be comfortable with moderate level Excel use. Must have background knowledge of inventory process and product management, must have some experience with distribution, detailed order entry and shipping. We expect that this candidate have customer service skills, be organized, able to multitask, be people oriented. This person should have great communication skills, as they will be communicating with all levels of colleagues and multiple departments within our company. We request this person to have moderate export knowledge, to include Inco terms, and experience with the overall concept of the exporting process. The person should have basic accounting knowledge and be able to contribute in a corporate setting.


    Responsibilities:

     Follow processes in place that have been established for the Export area of our Customer service team. Work alongside teammates and fill in at any step of our process. They must have attention to detail to enter the purchase order from the sales order request provided them. They will be expected to read the orders and prepare the shipment for current order/pallets/ shipment procedure. They should be able to read and understand Export bookings, and general Freight forwarder knowledge and lingo. They will be expected to monitor, track and trace and assist in managing export orders and keep key personnel informed of each order status. The position will involve heavy data entry and transactional workload that could fluctuate daily, so they must have great organizational skills. They will be expected to track and trace export containers and monitor shipments with the tools we have available to us. There will be a sense of urgency to this information. This person should also have knowledge of overall shipping and distribution supply chain.
