CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - Industrial parts
- Must live within daily driving distance of the warehouse on the north side of Houston on Vantage Parkway East.
Experience needed
Not a call center.
This is a technical support position where you take inbound calls from customers, enter orders, answer questions, solve problems, handle the will-call window and support outside sales people.

Qualifications
- College graduate
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Solid job history
- Experience doing customer service, service, or sales with industrial parts or construction preferred
- Excellent computer skills
- Microsoft EXCEL (Excel skills test)
- Quick learner
- Career oriented looking to stay and have a career with the company
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Dependable
- Can follow directions
- Mechanical ability preferred
Duties
- Take inbound calls from business customers
- Research questions and respond to customers
- Communicate with other departments in the company
- Support outside sales people
- Do order entry and other computer duties
- Help with willcall window
