SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Posting:

• Opportunities for growth into an Account Executive Role (13 Years)

Responsibilities:

• Service accounts, including inspections of First Aid Boxes, AEDs, Fire Extinguishers, and Eye Wash Stations.
• Maintain and build professional relationships with customers, ensuring constant communication.
• Adhere to a regular service schedule and proactively address customer needs before service visits.
• Obtain and maintain uptodate certifications in First Aid and CPR, as well as a Fire Extinguisher Inspection License.
• Develop new business opportunities through cold calls and managing leads.
• Initiate the sales process by reaching out to potential customers.
• Learn from best practices and set standards accordingly.
• Take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent. (required)
• Valid Texas driver's license. (required)
• Maintain a clean driving record and be eligible to operate company vehicles. (required)
• Able to pass random drug tests. (required)
• Complete all required safety certification courses within six months of hire, including OSHA 10/30 and FEL-B Texas Fire Extinguisher License. =
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with up to 75 lbs on occasion.
• Able to walk long distances over extended periods of time.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00am to 5:00pm

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
