    Description

    Job Opportunity: Head of Marketing

    We are in search of a proactive Head of Marketing to lead all marketing efforts, from branding to advertising and creative projects.

    As the Head of Marketing, your role will involve developing strategic plans to establish and strengthen our brand image, allocating resources effectively, and setting clear goals for the team.

    We need a skilled marketing strategist who can motivate team members and drive success.

    In this position, you will oversee the Marketing department to boost profits and enhance our position in the market.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead overall brand strategy for Lycamobile in the US
    • Establish and maintain brand guidelines for consistency across all touchpoints
    • Develop retail marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales
    • Collaborate with sales teams on in-store promotions and campaigns
    • Manage creation of marketing materials and promotional content
    • Plan and execute product launches with effective communication
    • Align sales and marketing strategies by working closely with the sales department
    • Conduct market research to drive brand growth and differentiation
    • Prepare and oversee annual marketing budget
    • Forge strategic partnerships and endorsements to target niche communities
    • Build and lead a successful marketing team
    • Deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

    Education and Work Experience Requirements:

    • 10+ years of marketing experience in wireless or retail industry
    • MBA or similar degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of managerial experience
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
