About the Role:

Dr. Squatch, a disruptive leader in the personal care industry, continues to grow. We're looking for a visionary Head of Integrated Marketing to join our passionate team.


As the Head of Integrated Marketing, you'll lead the strategy in crafting a seamless omnichannel experience that captivates our fans and future customers.

This is more than just a marketing role; it's an opportunity to be a strategic partner at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic organization.

This role will report to the GM of DTC/Ecommerce_._

This is a full-time, hybrid role with company benefits based in Marina del Rey, CA.


What You'll Do:


  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Dr. Squatch's product portfolio.
  • Lead a team of 2 marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams, including product development, web, brand, and growth, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts, and to define product positioning, messaging, and gotomarket plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Track and measure the performance of product marketing initiatives, and use datadriven insights to optimize strategies and tactics.
  • Manage a comprehensive marketing calendar, ensuring effective collaboration with all crossfunctional teams
  • Develop the framework for omnichannel gotomarket campaigns aimed at expanding the reach of our products and categories across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.

About You:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on integrated marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and drive alignment around product marketing strategy and execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Demonstrates a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain structured workflows in a fastpaced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and metrics to inform decisionmaking and optimize marketing performance.
  • Experience in the consumer goods industry, particularly within personal care, is a plus.
  • Interest in health and wellness, personal care, and/or eCommerce industries
  • Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
  • Someone who has high standards takes ownership and is invested in the outcome
  • Someone who proactively helps others stays positive and has a good sense of humor
