    Description
    Organizational Change Management (OCM)

    Senior Consultant at Guidehouse in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Family :

    Systems & Business Integration Consulting Travel Required : Up to 10% Clearance Required : Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do : The individual will work closely with the Guidehouse organizational change management (OCM) team as well as the client to develop and edit/update (including adjudication of feedback) OCM-related artifacts.

    This includes, but is not limited to, communication materials (briefings, mass emails, newsletters, intranet site posts, etc.) The individual will provide support in scheduling and facilitating OCM-related external and internal meetings, briefings, and touchpoints.

    Support also includes drafting meeting agendas, capturing meeting minutes, tracking action items, and interacting with stakeholders.

    When applicable, the individual will help organize and facilitate OCM project planning activities, interfacing with client personnel and project management and project teams.


    What You Will Need :
    + Minimum of 3 years of experience consulting to the US Federal government. + Bachelor's degree. + US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. + Excellent written and oral communication skills. + Proficient with Microsoft Office, i.e., Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. + Ability to participate in client-facing discussions and meetings. + Attentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills. + Proactiveness and ability to anticipate client and project team needs. + Project management experience in areas including but not limited to schedule management, risk management, and quality management. + Applying a variety of problem-solving and reporting skills and techniques. + Producing a variety of c.ommunications from email with clients to formal presentations, executive briefings, and other forms of documentation. + Conducting research to investigate client problems and work collaboratively with the project team to formulate and recommend solutions. + Adhering to all established frameworks identified as part of OCM, communications, and stakeholder management efforts. + Coordinating logistics associated with software demos, user acceptance testing, and training. + Providing support with change readiness assessment surveys, e.g., distributing surveys, consolidating and analyzing results, and summarizing findings for client. + Assisting clients to identify, develop, and implement performance metrics and measuremen To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
