As Deputy Head of Commercial Management, you will take on a key role in our 10-person team responsible for projects in the areas of traffic signal systems, parking guidance systems, and e-mobility (charging stations) in the West sales region. If you have a passion for innovative traffic solutions and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this position could be just right for you.

Your tasks

You support the Head of Commercial Management in commercial order and project controlling and represent them in their absence
You are responsible for the commercial management of projects, including invoice verification of service providers, invoicing, invoice clarification, monitoring of open items, dunning, monthly and annual closing activities, guarantees, and master data maintenance
You conduct detailed target/actual comparisons of cost situations and keep an eye on contribution margins and planned values, taking countermeasures in case of deviations to ensure optimal project implementation.
Identifying down payment options, managing change orders, and conducting post-project cost analysis are also part of your tasks
