    • United States of America About the Role As a CBRE Change Management Consultant, you will develop continuous improvement strategies, manage merger transition activities, and motivate change programs for business transformation within a department or business line.
    This job is part of the Change Management function. They are responsible for preparing, supporting, and helping employees, teams, and departments with making organizational changes. What You'll Do Understand the process implications of change and work with process managers and teams. Assist with developing strategies for programs and projects.

    Provide solutions to improve the productivity, efficiency, and adaptability of the business Work to mitigate any risks, identify change barriers, and devise strategies to overcome the barriers.

    Ensure outputs in support of change management strategies are being met. Implement change management practices that are used throughout the lifecycle to improve execution and delivery of results. Verify alignment of the change plan with the project plan. Apply standard processes to ensure a consistent and repeatable change management approach is embedded in program(s) and projects. Develop solutions and identify the resources and subject areas needed to implement change. Work with project managers to support their efforts in managing projects for success. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assignments and provide innovative solutions.

    Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad knowledge of several job subject areas within the function.

    Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Work within broad guidelines and policies. Explain difficult or sensitive information. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of proven experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience.

    The minimum salary for the Change Management Consultant position is $100,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Change Management Consultant position is $120,000 annually.

    The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.

    This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
