    Lyft is looking for a Technical Recruiting Manager who embodies our values and will help us continue growing our recruiting teams.

    This role will oversee all US and Canada hiring for our specialized technology teams (Data Science, Product Management, Design, etc).

    You will build strong partnerships with executives and engineering leaders and work alongside your talent acquisition peers to create an efficient and engaging interview process.

    Manage a team of 5+ recruiters as well as their career growth and performance reviews, providing mentorship, constructive feedback and coaching
    Utilize data and metrics to diagnose gaps, issues and proactively provide solutions to your stakeholders and recruiters.

    Partner directly with executives and leaders within the Data Science, Analytics, Design and Product Management teams to deeply understand their needs and bring new scalable solutions.

    Innovate on ways to build a strong talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of venues
    Work cross-functionally with your recruiting manager peers, legal, compensation/benefits, immigration, etc. 2+ years experiences building and managing a high-performing team
    ~ Experience building inclusive and diverse teams for recruiting and for the business. An active and data driven approach to problem solving; Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, with experience closing tough candidates, managing demanding clients, and developing key internal partnerships
    ~ Experience supporting Data Science, Analytics, Design or Product Management teams is a plus.
