    Senior Recruiter - Mining, Natural Resources, and Construction

    Job Overview: As an Executive Recruiter specializing in the mining, natural resources, construction industries and heavy civil, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing high-caliber executives and operation professionals for domestic and international companies. This role demands a deep understanding of the industry dynamics, a network of industry contacts, and the ability to assess and match talent with the specific needs of clients. Hybrid Work Schedule.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Industry Research and Understanding:

    • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging talent in the mining, natural resources, and construction sectors.
    • Develop a deep understanding of client companies, their business objectives, and the unique requirements for executive roles.

    Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

    • Proactively identify and attract top-level executives, managers, and professionals within the target industries.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, online platforms, direct outreach, and industry events.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with client organizations to understand their business goals and staffing needs.
    • Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights on market trends, talent availability, and industry benchmarks.
    • Keep clients update

    Candidate Assessment and Selection:

    • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations.
    • Ensure that candidates presented align with the client's requirements and organizational culture.

    Negotiation and Offer Management:

    • Facilitate the negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
    • Provide guidance on compensation packages, relocation, and other relevant terms.

    Market Mapping and Intelligence:

    • Build and maintain a database of industry professionals and potential candidates.
    • Provide market intelligence to clients, including salary trends, competitor analysis, and talent landscape.

    International Recruitment:

    • Manage recruitment processes for roles in international locations, navigating legal and cultural considerations.
    • Stay informed about international employment laws and regulations.

    Business Development:

    • Identify potential business opportunities within the mining, natural resources, and construction sectors by networking with industry leaders, attending relevant conferences, and staying updated on market developments.
    • Collaborate with recruiting team to develop strategies for expanding the company's client base and strengthening existing client relationships.
    • Drive growth by proactively pitching recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and expertise of the recruitment firm.
    • Work closely with clients to understand their long-term talent acquisition needs and offer customized solutions to address those needs.
    • Participate in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the company's capabilities and services to prospective clients.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in recruitment strategies.
    • Track and report on business development activities, including client meetings, proposals submitted, and revenue generated, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the mining, natural resources, construction industries or heavy civil.
    • Strong knowledge of industry-specific requirements, trends, and key players.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
