- Identify potential business opportunities within the mining, natural resources, and construction sectors by networking with industry leaders, attending relevant conferences, and staying updated on market developments.
- Collaborate with recruiting team to develop strategies for expanding the company's client base and strengthening existing client relationships.
- Drive growth by proactively pitching recruitment services to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition and expertise of the recruitment firm.
- Work closely with clients to understand their long-term talent acquisition needs and offer customized solutions to address those needs.
- Participate in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the company's capabilities and services to prospective clients.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in recruitment strategies.
- Track and report on business development activities, including client meetings, proposals submitted, and revenue generated, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the mining, natural resources, construction industries or heavy civil.
- Strong knowledge of industry-specific requirements, trends, and key players.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a professional environment.
