Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute on a strategic roadmap for recruiting operations to support Anthropic's rapid growth
  • Build and lead a highperforming team of recruiting operation program managers, recruiting coordinators, recruiting analysts, and other key members, providing coaching and development opportunities
  • Develop and maintain detailed reporting on recruiting metrics, providing actionable insights to our executive leadership team
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of our recruiting systems, tools, and processes
  • Build out robust interviewer and hiring manager trainings, driving initiatives to build and maintain a diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring process

You may be a good fit if you:

  • Have 10+ years of experience in recruiting operations with at least 2+ years in a people leadership role managing managers
  • Are highly analytical and datadriven in your approach to problemsolving and decision making
  • Have deep expertise in recruiting systems like Greenhouse, Gem, ModernLoop and other recruiting technologies
  • Are an excellent communicator and relationship builder with experience managing complex stakeholder relationships
  • Have experiencing working with recruiting analytics, identifying what's most important and performing multivariate and statistical analysis on recruiting data using SQL and Excel
  • Have a growth mindset with a passion for AI's potential to positively impact the world and realistic assessment of its risks and limitations
  • Have a proven track record of scaling and building diverse and highperforming teams in a fastpaced, highgrowth startup environment

Annual Salary (USD):


  • The expected salary range for this position is $220K $275K.

Logistics

Location-based hybrid policy:Currently, we expect all staff to be in our office at least 25% of the time.

Equity - On top of this position's salary (listed above), equity will be a major component of the total compensation. We aim to offer higher-than-average equity compensation for a company of our size, and communicate equity amounts at the time of offer issuance.
