    Job Requisition ID #23WD72259Position OverviewAs a member of Autodesk's Executive Search team, you will guide searches for Corporate Functions leaders at Autodesk.

    Reporting into the Senior Manager, Executive Search Corporate Functions - you will partner to drive the executive search process and build a diverse network of leadership talent in the external market.

    You will develop multi-channel search strategies to attract top leadership talent.

    In partnership with recruiters, you will build talent networks for the People and Places (PPL), Finance and Legal sectors while building a trusted presence with the talent market across industries.

    This role can be based in any US location remote, hybrid, or in office.

    ResponsibilitiesContribute to the execution of executive-level (Director, Senior Director, VP/SVP/EVP) searches across Corporate Functions at AutodeskPartner with senior leaders on high-profile executive hires, advising on search strategy and candidate profilesResponsible for candidate outreach and initial candidate screening and for sharing your findings and assessment with the lead recruiter on the team as well as with hiring managers and People Business PartnersBuild relationships with executive talent in the marketplace by sourcing passive candidates through research, internal and external networking, and direct outreach.

    You will have knowledge of their requirements, priorities and concernsGuide executive candidates through Autodesk's hiring process and connect them to the industry-leading products, inviting culture and dynamic strategies that make Autodesk a successful software enterprise and a valued employerEvaluate and present leadership talent to senior management across AutodeskConduct research to map target companies and top leadership talent for AutodeskBuild out talent networks and tap into knowledgeable industry sources to develop an on-going pool of candidatesUse a data-driven approach to summarize talent metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisions talent metrics to help guide strategic staffing decisionsBuild talent networks and tapping knowledgeable industry sources to develop an ongoing pool of candidatesPlay an essential role building and promoting a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Autodesk through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practice.

    You will create leadership search strategies across corporate functions with a focus on identifying and engaging remarkable leadersConduct leadership candidate initial assessments / phone screens using a frameworkYou have domain talent knowledge and subject matter expertise, allowing you to advise on relevant talent pools, best hiring practices, and location strategiesPromote best hiring practices to ensure equitable hiring and build a diverse leadership team at AutodeskMinimum Qualifications You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experienceYou have 4+ years of experience in Executive Recruiting, research processes, and candidate outreach cultivation techniquesYou are well-versed in executive search, including search/market strategy, honing successful pitches, creative candidate sourcing, and candidate generation and developmentYou have proven project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands and stakeholdersYou have experience using ATS/CRM recruiting systems and a variety of recruiting resourcesYou have a proven ability to leverage a data-driven approach to make hiring decisions and to synthesize talent metrics to help drive strategic staffing decisionsYou have experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and with regular changeYou have personal presence and the ability to provide strong consultative skills throughout the search process#LI-DNI#LI-RB1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies.
