Seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to two senior business leaders. Your role will integrate into a broader ecosystem.
Your role will complement and support the leaders for our team's overarching goals and objectives
What you'll Do:
- Maintain calendar, coordinate scheduling, filter and manage commitments
- Arrange domestic and international travel
- Coordinate special projects and events: Offsites, social and team building activities, client and staff meetings
- Process business expenses and purchase orders on behalf of the VP
- Regularly collaborate with crossfunctional Administrative & Executive Assistants and provide back up f or vacation/illness
- Assist direct staff and others in the department as needed
What you need to succeed:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Strong attention to detail while working effectively with mínimal direction
- Clear and concise communication
- Ability to remain flexible, embrace change and manage expectations in ambiguous or challenging situations
- Handles confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion
- Juggles multiple demands simultaneously, from the mundane to the more strategic and prioritize conflicting requests and deadlines
- Positive, proactive, and cando attitude in a fastpaced, everchanging environment
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
