- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of each department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Ingredients teams to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.
- Lead the creation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, utilizing best practices in instructional design.
- Lead the sales onboarding process, ensuring new account managers and support staff are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing various formats such as in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning platforms.
- Establish and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, continually refining content and delivery methods to maximize impact.
- Develop and implement processes for monitoring and ensuring compliance with company standards in deployment and launch procedures.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Botrista Pro technology, staying updated on product enhancements and industry trends to inform training content.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Account Managers , Operations and clients, addressing questions and concerns related to deployment and launch processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methodologies and deployment practices.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and alignment on training initiatives and deployment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of accounts to ensure accurate and efficient equipment deployment in restaurant settings, adhering to both company standards and operational requirements.
- Manage Team of Field Trainers
- Field Service Training (40%): Develop and manage comprehensive field service training programs, including technical skills, product applications, and workflow processes in coordination with the VP of Field Service.
- Corporate Safety & Compliance (10%): Promote a culture of safety first by developing and maintaining safety programs and policies in line with regulatory standards and conducting safety training and audits.
- Product / Sales Training (50%): Lead the development of training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales skills among customer-facing teams, working closely with the VP of Account Management.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of diverse departments and functions.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale training initiatives that align with corporate strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
- Expertise in instructional design and the application of training methodologies across various platforms (in-person, digital, hybrid).
- Strong leadership skills, capable of directing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in evaluating training effectiveness using data analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate training programs and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance and safety regulations applicable within the industry.
- Preferred: Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification, such as Certified Training Development Professional (CTDP).

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Director of Training and Deployment Excellence to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the training and development activities across several key departments including Sales, Operations, Drink Ingredients, and Client Audits, focusing on the deployment and maintenance of our Drinkbot technology. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic vision to our training initiatives, ensuring alignment with our business goals and operational excellence.
