Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of each department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and standards.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Ingredients teams to identify training needs and design effective learning solutions to address them.
- Lead the creation of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online modules, utilizing best practices in instructional design.
- Lead the sales onboarding process, ensuring new account managers and support staff are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed
- Coordinate and conduct training sessions for employees at all levels, utilizing various formats such as inperson workshops, webinars, and elearning platforms.
- Establish and maintain metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, continually refining content and delivery methods to maximize impact.
- Develop and implement processes for monitoring and ensuring compliance with company standards in deployment and launch procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Account Managers, Operations and clients, addressing questions and concerns related to deployment and launch processes.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training methodologies and deployment practices.
- Act as a liaison between various departments to facilitate communication and alignment on training initiatives and deployment strategies.
- Conduct comprehensive audits of accounts to ensure accurate and efficient equipment deployment in restaurant settings, adhering to both company standards and operational requirements.
- Manage Team of Field Trainers
Specific Duties by Percentage:
- Corporate Safety & Compliance (10%): Promote a culture of safety first by developing and maintaining safety programs and policies in line with regulatory standards and conducting safety training and audits.
- Product / Sales Training (50%): Lead the development of training programs that enhance product knowledge and sales skills among customerfacing teams, working closely with the VP of Account Management.

Qualifications:
Education:
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a Hospitality-related field.
Preferred:
Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or Educational Leadership.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training and development, with significant supervisory or leadership responsibilities, ideally within a technologically driven or hospitality-related industry.
- Demonstrable expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of diverse departments and functions.
- Proven track record of managing largescale training initiatives that align with corporate strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong leadership skills, capable of directing crossfunctional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Proficient in evaluating training effectiveness using data analytics and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate training programs and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Indepth knowledge of compliance and safety regulations applicable within the industry.

Salary Range:
$115,000 - $145,000
