    Recruiter – Specialist in Alcohol Beverage Sales

    Job Type: Full-Time On-Site

    Introduction:

    Join ROKiT Drinks Imports, a dynamic company in the beverage industry, as our dedicated in-house Recruiter. We're seeking an experienced professional who specializes in recruiting top-tier talent for Alcohol Beverage Sales Representative roles, as well as additional roles within the company. If you're a dynamic recruiter with a proven track record in the alcoholic beverage sector and a passion for building outstanding sales teams, we want you on board

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the staffing needs of ROKiT Drinks Imports.
    • Partner with sales leadership to understand their hiring needs and craft specific recruitment strategies.
    • Manage job boards and every aspect of the recruiting process from posting the job to hiring the candidate.
    • Source candidates through various channels, including Linkedin, social media platforms, and industry sites.
    • Coordinate and conduct screening interviews with potential candidates.
    • Maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future job openings.
    • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations concerning employment.
    • Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven reports to management on recruiting performance.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on alcohol beverage sales or similar roles.
    • Strong understanding of the sales process and the key competencies required for success in alcohol beverage sales positions.
    • Proficient in using recruiting software and candidate databases.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage persuasively with candidates at all levels.
    • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities.
    • Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
    • HR background - preferred.
