    An employer is looking for a Technical Support Specialist in the Los Angeles, CA area.

    The primary responsibility of this person is to provide onsite support for the devices supported by corporate infrastructure teams with a strong customer service attitude.

    Overall, this position will do a wide array of tasks, mostly technical, but they will also serve as the liaison between Corporate IT, managed service technical teams, and onsite end users.

    Additionally, they will provide telephone and mobile phone support, including voicemail and account administration and deployment/replacement of equipment.

    They will be responsible for hardware, software, network connectivity, system/server administration, and local printers/copiers/faxes and the coordination of third party on-site support.

    This position will work standard 8AM-5PM business hours, but may require after hours and around-the-clock support for emergency trouble calls when needed.

    Any certifications
    5+ years' experience associated with IT end user technology support
    Proficient at technical troubleshooting of desktop and laptop computers, mobile technology devices, Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and other desktop software
    Experience with network and server support
    Must be available for after hour support and weekend on-call support as needed
    Experience working with a ticketing system, preferably ServiceNow
    Must have HS Diploma
